We are a family run construction firm that have been successfully trading for over twenty years. We became a limited company in 2004.
We have been members of the National House Builders Council since 2006 (NHBC). We became registered with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) in 2007 and also gained their build assure status the same year. We are also members of the government backed Trustmark association. In 2011 we qualified for Construction Health And Safety (CHAS) and in 2012 gained Safe Contractor status meaning that all our health and safety procedures have been vetted by a third party. This means that we are now able to carry out works for local authorities and companies like Jewsons etc.

When work on our site started I found his staff and any sub-contractors to be very polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing was too much trouble for LJC Construction in the building of our new house. We have a shared access driveway and they were always able to keep everything tidy and out of the way.
